Our flagship program provides comprehensive case management from day one. Each participant receives a dedicated case manager who creates a personalized reentry plan addressing immediate needs like housing, identification, and medical care, while planning for long-term success.

Stable housing is the foundation of successful reentry. We help secure immediate shelter, connect participants with transitional housing programs, and provide support in obtaining permanent housing through partnerships with landlords and housing authorities.

Meaningful employment is key to independence. Our employment program offers job readiness training, resume building, interview preparation, and direct connections to second-chance employers. We also provide ongoing support to ensure job retention and advancement.

Addressing trauma and mental health is essential for lasting success. We connect participants with licensed counselors, support groups, substance abuse treatment, and wellness programs. Our holistic approach addresses both mental and physical health needs.

Navigating legal systems can be overwhelming. Our legal support program helps with record expungement, restoration of rights, parole/probation compliance, and connections to pro bono legal services. We advocate for participants throughout their legal journey.

Catching troubled youth before they become adult criminals. Our youth program provides early intervention, mentorship, education support, and life skills for at-risk young people ages 12-24, breaking the cycle before it starts.
