Our main office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with extended hours until 6pm on Wednesdays. Saturday hours are 9am-2pm. We offer a 24/7 crisis hotline for emergencies.
Walk-ins are welcome during office hours, but we recommend calling ahead to ensure the right staff member is available to help you. For intake appointments, scheduling in advance is required.
We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays. Messages received over the weekend will be answered by Monday afternoon. For urgent matters, please call our main line.
